I love this mask. I use it on a weekly basis after my aha bha and it makes my skin very plump and smooth. It doesn’t break me out or make my skin oily which is great! It doesn’t have any fragrance either. It’s a good value for making my skin feel good.

I ordered RETURNITY Baebokryeong & Rice mask because I love korean skin care products. The instructions are straightforward. I apply the mask to my face and leave on for approximately five minutes. The rice has a nice grit that seems to polish away my skin dullness and leaves my skin looking more fresh and even toned. The fragrance is very mild and this mask does not irritate my sensitive skin. This rice facial mask is very effective and moisturizing. I am very happy with this rice and baekbokryeong mask and I feel it is an excellent value for a facial mask.

This product is a Korean skincare product made with Barkbokryeong, which is a type of mold which grows on the roots of pine trees, believe it or not ... and rice. You can really feel the little pieces of hard rice in the lotion when you are putting it on. I've used exfoliators which contain sand before ... but never anything quite as rough as this. In fact, it instructs you to dab it onto your face, likely so it won't irritate when rubbing it on.I was surprised to see how 'radiant' my skin looked for a few hours after using it. The cream gave my skin a glow after using it, which made it look a lot better and less dull. I did not notice that any dark spots or imperfections got lighter after using it, which was another of the product's claims.Like any product which has an exfoliant and moisturizer, my face felt better after using it. Although for the 10 - 15 minutes you leave it on, my pores were covered and my face felt very warm. Overall, I'd say that it was very effective at making my skin look better ... and appreciated that it had no fragrance so it could be used by men or women.The value for the money was a little iffy for me. If it lightened my dark spots/age spots, I'd have no issue paying thirty, or more, bucks for it. However, it pretty much just made my skin look like it glowed/shined a little. It does seem high quality and if it were half the price, I might use it regularly.

I’m very interested in brightening skincare, so I’ve tried many rice-based products before. What makes this mask unique is that it actually contains real rice grains. When washing it off, gently massaging the areas with the rice grains seems to help exfoliate dead skin cells. If it feels a little too abrasive, I remove some of the grains first and then continue massaging while rinsing. My skin feels smoother afterward.

This mask comes in a 5.29 ounce tube and the texture has large particles for exfoliation and is on the thicker end of a cream. It is unscented as I could not pick out any particular smell. Instructions are to apply to your cleansed and dry face. Leave for 10 to 15 minutes, then damp in and massage while rinsing off thoroughly.

This mask is not a peel off mask. I found that it was cooling while on. It did not burn or tingle or cause any other agitation while wearing. It isn’t drying or feels like your face is being constricted. Washing it off was a little bit of a challenge, but ultimately didn’t take too long to massage off. Although it’s a course exfoliation material, I did not find it to be harsh. Afterward, my skin felt bright and more clean.

The oryza sativa powder at 100k ppm, is used in skin care for exfoliation and absorbing oils. This is one of the top ingredients in this product. I feel like this is going to produce great results for people who probably have oilier skin. But I don’t think those with combination types would find this to be a bad choice either.

Overall, I like this product and I feel it does a good job at smoothing out the skin and producing a clearer and brighter skin.

This rice mask from Returnity is a great product. It came double safety-sealed (box and the tube itself), which I very much appreciate.

I am super sensitive to chemicals and fragrances, so was very cautious with this mask and first tried it on the back of my hand and on my forearm. It has minimal smell (faintly like rice, no other scent), and most people will likely not detect any smell whatsoever.

The texture is rich, with tiny exfoliating grains, and it sticks well to skin. Even after my first try on the back of my hand, I noticed a small, positive difference in skin texture.

I am only using this once per week, only because my face tends to be dry and having to rinse it thoroughly with water is something I do infrequently (I use toners for sensitive dry skin and then moisturizers).

The product works well so far, and I am quite pleased with it. My moisturizers seem to go on better after using it.

I consider this a good find and value.

I've used it a couple of times this week. I like to use it at the end of the day so that the Baekbokryeong and rice extracts can do their thing overnight. I remove my make-up, apply the mask, go about my business for 10-15 minutes, then give it a massage into my skin and rinse.
The mask rinsed fairly well and left my skin feeling soft and smooth without being greasy. The scent is subtle, which I appreciate.
Overall, a nice product. The price is a bit higher than I usually like to spend however, it's within the range of many similar products.

I’ve been loving the RETURNITY Yulmu Skinclean Mask from this popular Korean brand, so after getting tanned from a recent beach trip, I was super excited to try this Baekbokryeong & Rice brightening mask!

The texture feels like spreading soft cream cheese when applied with a silicone spatula. Unlike typical wash-off masks that tighten and dry out after 10–15 minutes, this one stays remarkably moist even after 20 minutes. Before rinsing, I gently scraped off the excess mask with my spatula, wet my face with lukewarm water, and massaged in circular motions. The fine rice particles provided a wonderful, gentle physical exfoliation.

Pro Tip: Because of the generous amount of rice grains, I highly recommend scraping off the excess first and rinsing it off in the shower rather than at the sink to prevent clogging the drain.

After washing, my skin felt amazingly smooth, and my subsequent skincare products absorbed much better. Korean site reviews suggest using it 2–3 times a week for at least 3 months for optimal brightening results, and it can also be used on darker areas like elbows or knees. After experiencing how soft my skin felt after just one use, I'm definitely adding this to my regular skincare routine alongside the Yulmu Skinclean Mask!

I love this mask. It instantly reminded me of an Origins mask I used to use years ago that they stopped making, and I can’t fully explain it. The texture, the finish, the way my skin feels afterward. It has that same polished, refined result I’ve been missing. I didn't notice much of a scent.

Every time I use it, my skin feels smooth, polished, even‑toned, and bright. The rice and clay blend gives a gentle exfoliating effect without being harsh, and it rinses off clean without leaving my skin tight. It doesn't dry my skin but I wouldn't call it moisturizing. It’s one of those masks where you can actually see and feel the difference right away.

At $24.90, I think this is an amazing mask at a great price for how well it performs and how much product you get.

I always wanted to try new facial products but always afraid it will make things worse, though I often like Korean beauty products because of the quality and effectiveness. This one is defy wins me over. The instructions are clearly written on the box so for first timer like me, it is easy to follow. I did a patch test to make sure my skin will tolerate it and the next day I tried on my face. It is easy to lather and apply, find it very relaxing and doesn’t make my face itch or feel uncomfortable as I waited for its magic to work. I was expecting a fermented rice scent but this hardly have scent on it. Very moisturizing and doesn’t dries my skin. My skin looks and feels very soft and rejuvenated.
On my second use of this I use their face mask and it was a great combination.
Will definitely buy products from this brand.
Btw, I often breaks out after trying new products BUT this is not the case for this mask. I don’t use it everyday but use twice a week.
