Returns & Refunds

We accept return or exchange requests only in cases of incorrect or damaged items. If you received the wrong product or your order arrived damaged, please contact us at us@returnity.co.kr within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, or ordering errors. We recommend reviewing your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
